Iman Vellani was born in Karachi and raised as a Shia Ismaili Muslim. He did his graduation from Unionville High School. In 2019 he was selected as a member of the TIFF Next Wave Committee at the Toronto International Film Festival. He started his acting career in 2022 with the Mini Series “Ms. Marvel”. In 2022 itself, he will appear in the Documentary Short “A Fan’s Guide to Ms. She has also been seen as ‘Kamala Khan’ in ‘Marvel’.
